Ingredients
- 250g Flour
- 7g Yeast
- 150ml Water
- 1 TL Salt
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- zum Frittieren Oil
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- 2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture and knead.
- 3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- 4. Divide the dough into portions and flatten.
- 5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- 6. Dissolve garlic in water and brush over Lángos before serving.
