Ingredients
- 500g Beef
- 2 Onion
- 2 EL bell pepper
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 EL Paprika Powder
- 3 EL Oil
- 500ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Dice onions and sauté in oil.
- 2. Cut beef into cubes and add until browned.
- 3. Add paprika and garlic, sauté briefly.
- 4. Dice tomatoes and add to pot, season with paprika.
- 5. Deglaze with water and bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 90 minutes.
