🥗 Hungarian Goulash (Pörkölt)

Ingredients
- 400g Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 200g Tomatoes
- 2 TL Paprika powder
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 500ml Beef broth
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until onion is translucent.
- 2. Add beef and brown it thoroughly.
- 3. Add bell pepper and tomatoes, sauté briefly.
- 4. Stir in paprika powder and mix well.
- 5. Deglaze with beef broth and bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat and let the goulash simmer for about 60 minutes.
- 7. Season with salt and serve hot.
