Ingredients
- 200g cooked chickpeas
- 2 EL tahini
- 2 EL olive oil
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 1 TL cumin
- 1 TL salt
- 1 Prise paprika
Instructions
- 1. Add chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to a blender.
- 2. Blend until creamy, adding water as necessary.
- 3. Season with cumin and salt.
- 4. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with paprika and olive oil.
- 5. Serve with pita bread.
