🥗 Hummus with Tahini

Ingredients
- 200 g Chickpeas
- 3 EL Tahini paste
- 2 EL Lemon juice
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Paprika
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Soak chickpeas for 12 hours and then cook.
- 2. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- 3. Adjust with water to reach desired consistency.
- 4. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with olive oil and paprika.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
