🥪 Hummus with Warm Pita

Ingredients
- 240 g Chickpeas (canned)
- 2 EL tahini
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 2 EL Lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Stück Pita bread
- 1 TL Paprika powder
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chickpeas and place them in a blender.
- 2. Add tahini, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, the pressed garlic clove, and salt.
- 3. Blend until creamy. Add water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- 4. Transfer the hummus to a bowl and garnish with paprika powder and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 5. Lightly toast or warm the pita bread in a toaster or pan.
- 6. Serve the hummus with warm pita bread.
