🍛 Chicken Tagine with Lemons and Olives

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken
- 2 Lemons
- 100g Green Olives
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken into pieces.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion and garlic.
- 4. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
- 5. Slice the lemons and add them with olives to the pot.
- 6. Fill with water and simmer for 45 minutes.
