🍲 Chicken Pho (Phở Gà)

Ingredients
- 1 L chicken broth
- 200 g chicken breast
- 150 g rice noodles (Bánh phở)
- 1 onion
- 30 g ginger
- frisch, nach Geschmack cilantro
- 1 Prise fresh herbs (basil, mint)
- 1 lime
- 1 Prise chili
- 1 EL soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil and add ginger, onion.
- 2. Slice the chicken and blanch briefly.
- 3. Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Let the broth simmer for 1 hour.
- 5. Place the rice noodles in bowls and top with the chicken.
- 6. Pour hot broth over noodles and chicken, garnishing with herbs and lime.
