🥗 Chicken Curry Bowl with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 250g chicken breast
- 200g broccoli
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 EL curry paste
- 1 Stück onion
- 150g rice
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Steam broccoli and set aside.
- 2. Sauté chicken and onion in a pan with oil.
- 3. Add curry paste and coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 5. Arrange everything together in a bowl and serve.
