Ingredients
- 250 g chicken breast
- 2 tortillas
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 100 g mozzarella
- 100 g beans
- 100 g salsa
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken and fry in a skillet.
- 2. Sauté bell pepper and onion in the skillet.
- 3. Warm up the tortillas slightly.
- 4. Place chicken, vegetables, and beans on the tortillas.
- 5. Top with salsa and cheese.
- 6. Roll up the burritos and serve.
