🥗 Chicken Bowl with Quinoa and Avocado

Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast
- 100g quinoa
- 1 Stück avocado
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 100g spinach
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into cubes and fry in a pan with olive oil.
- 2. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 3. Dice avocado and cherry tomatoes.
- 4. Wash spinach and prepare in a bowl.
- 5. Once the chicken is cooked, arrange everything in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
