🍛 Chicken Biryani

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 200 g Basmati Rice
- 1 Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 1 Tomato
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 TL Cumin
- 3 Stück Cardamom
- 1 Stück Cinnamon
- 2 Stück Cloves
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into pieces and marinate with yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices.
- 2. Soak rice in water and then drain.
- 3. Fry onion in a pan until golden brown.
- 4. Add marinated chicken and tomato, then simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
- 5. After 20 minutes, layer the soaked rice on top and add 1 ½ cups water.
- 6. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes until the rice is done.
