  3. 3. Fry onion in a pan until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add marinated chicken and tomato, then simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
  5. 5. After 20 minutes, layer the soaked rice on top and add 1 ½ cups water.
  6. 6. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes until the rice is done.
