  2. 2. Boil the milk with the sugar and lemon zest in a pot.
  3. 3. Stir in the polenta flour and cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the butter.
  5. 5. Let the polenta cool slightly, then stir in the eggs one by one.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. 7. Cut the cooled polenta into round coins.
  8. 8. Fry the coins briefly in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
