- 300 Coconut milk
- 1 Yeast
- 1 Sugar
- 1 Salt
- 100 Water
Instructions
- 1. Mix rice flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add coconut milk and water, mixing until smooth.
- 3. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- 4. Heat a small pan, pouring in some batter.
- 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- 6. Serve warm, optionally filling with an egg.
