Ingredients
- 250 g Greek Yogurt (5% fat)
- 200 ml Heavy Cream (cooking cream)
- 40 g Powdered Sugar
- 30 g Chopped Almonds (roasted)
- 2 Esslöffel Floral Honey
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the Greek yogurt and powdered sugar in a large bowl until no lumps are visible.
- 2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- 3. Gently fold the whipped cream under the yogurt using a spatula to maintain the airiness.
- 4. Spoon the cream into elegant glasses or small bowls and sprinkle with the roasted almonds.
- 5. Drizzle the floral honey over the top and serve the dessert immediately chilled.
