🍯 Honey-Orange Brioche Bites

Ingredients
- 300 g Brioche buns (sliced into cubes)
- 3 Eggs
- 150 ml Whole milk
- 30 g Honey
- 1 Stück Orange zest (grated)
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 20 g Butter (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the brioche buns into approx. 3 cm large cubes.
- 2. Whisk the eggs, milk, honey, orange zest, and cinnamon smoothly in a bowl.
- 3. Place the brioche cubes into the liquid and turn them until they have completely absorbed the batter. Let them soak for 2 minutes.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter.
- 5. Fry the brioche cubes in batches until golden brown and crispy, approx. 3 minutes per side.
- 6. Serve the bites warm, garnished with a few orange wedges.
