🥗 Holubtsi – Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 8 Blätter cabbage
- 300g ground beef
- 100g rice
- 1 onion
- 200ml tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- 1. Blanch the cabbage leaves in a large pot.
- 2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 3. Chop the onion finely and sauté in some oil.
- 4. Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Place filling on cabbage leaves and roll them up.
- 6. Pour tomato sauce in a baking dish, place stuffed cabbage rolls on top.
- 7. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
