Ingredients
- 200 g Cream Cheese
- 150 g Raspberries
- 100 g Cookies
- 50 g Sugar
- 100 ml Whipping Cream
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1. Crush cookies and fill as a base in jars.
- 2. Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
- 3. Whip the cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- 4. Evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture into the jars.
- 5. Garnish with raspberries and chill.
