🥧 Savory Croissant Spinach Quiche Problem

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Butter croissants
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 1 Stück Onion
- 4 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 200 ml Cream (15% fat)
- 80 g Emmental cheese (grated)
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the croissants into eighths.
- 2. Sauté the finely chopped onion in some oil until soft.
- 3. Stir the spinach into the onions until it wilts.
- 4. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 5. Place the croissant pieces in a greased baking dish.
- 6. Spread the spinach-onion mix and cheese on top.
- 7. Pour the egg-cream mixture over everything.
- 8. Bake at 175 °C for 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
