Ingredients
- 200 g Cabbage
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 EL Vinegar
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice cabbage, carrot, and onion into thin strips.
- 2. Boil the eggs hard and slice them.
- 3. Mix vegetables with olive oil and vinegar.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- 5. Place egg slices on the salad and serve.
