🍏 Savory Apple-Brie Tart with Thyme

Ingredients
- 500 g Puff pastry (ready-made)
- 4 Stück Apples (e.g., Boskoop)
- 150 g Brie cheese
- 2 Esslöffel Balsamic vinegar
- 4 Zweige Fresh thyme
- 20 g Butter
- 1 Teelöffel Sugar
- 1 Esslöffel Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and prick the base with a fork.
- 2. Wash the apples, peel them, and remove the core. Slice them into thin wedges.
- 3. Caramelize the apple slices in a pan with the butter, sugar, and lemon juice for about 5 minutes until soft. Let them cool.
- 4. Slice the brie into thin slices.
- 5. Place the apple slices and brie slices over the entire pastry. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze (balsamic vinegar or pre-made glaze) and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
- 6. Bake the tart for 25 to 30 minutes, until the puff pastry has risen and is golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the tart from the oven and serve warm.
