🥘 Autumn Tian with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Feta

Ingredients
- 200 g Aubergine (with skin)
- 150 g Zucchini
- 150 g Grape tomato
- 60 g Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 6 g Fresh thyme
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 2. Wash the aubergine and the zucchini. Slice them into 3 mm thick slices.
- 3. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in halves and the feta into small cubes.
- 4. Place the vegetable slices alternately in a small baking dish. Fill the gaps with the sun-dried tomatoes and the feta.
- 5. Pour the olive oil over the vegetables. Sprinkle the chopped thyme, the salt, and the pepper over it.
- 6. Bake the Tian for 35 minutes in the oven until the vegetables are soft.
