  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. 2. Wash the aubergine and the zucchini. Slice them into 3 mm thick slices.
  3. 3. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in halves and the feta into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the vegetable slices alternately in a small baking dish. Fill the gaps with the sun-dried tomatoes and the feta.
  5. 5. Pour the olive oil over the vegetables. Sprinkle the chopped thyme, the salt, and the pepper over it.
  6. 6. Bake the Tian for 35 minutes in the oven until the vegetables are soft.
