🧀 Autumn Tian with Goat Cheese and Basil

Ingredients
- 2 Stück (ca. 400 g) Zucchini
- 1 Stück (ca. 500 g) Eggplant
- 250 g Soft goat cheese
- 1 Bund Fresh basil
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the zucchini and the eggplant.
- 3. Cut off the stem end of the zucchini and the eggplant.
- 4. Slice the vegetables very thinly (approx. 3 mm thick) using a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife.
- 5. Finely chop the garlic.
- 6. Roughly chop the basil into strips.
- 7. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 8. Place the vegetable slices alternatingly next to each other in a rectangular baking dish.
- 9. Add some basil between the vegetable layers.
- 10. Pour the oil-garlic mixture evenly over the entire Tian.
- 11. Slice the goat cheese and place the slices evenly on top of the vegetables.
- 12. Place the baking dish in the oven for 40 minutes.
- 13. Remove the Tian from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
