🥗 Autumn Goat Cheese Salad with Honey Walnut Dressing

Ingredients
- 200 g Baby spinach (organic)
- 120 g Goat cheese log or ball
- 40 g Walnuts (roasted)
- 1 Stk Pear (firm flesh)
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 15 ml Honey
- 10 ml Cider vinegar
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and dry it with a kitchen towel or salad spinner.
- 2. Cut the pear into small cubes and add them to a large bowl with the spinach.
- 3. Crumble the goat cheese by hand over the salad.
- 4. Sprinkle the walnuts generously over the top.
- 5. Whisk the olive oil, honey, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl to form a homogeneous dressing.
- 6. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss everything gently.
