Ingredients
- 200g Pork Tenderloin
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Thyme
- 1 TL Rosemary
- 1 TL Paprika
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 2 EL Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes.
- 2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Never wash it, or it will lose juice.
- 3. Cut the tenderloin into two equal pieces. Aim for about 100 grams per piece.
- 4. Finely chop the 2 cloves of garlic. Don't chop it too small, or it will burn.
- 5. Mix the garlic with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
- 6. Add 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, and 1 teaspoon of paprika to the oil mixture. Stir well.
- 7. Season the herb-oil mixture with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Taste it briefly.
- 8. Coat the meat pieces generously all over with the herb-oil mixture. Cover every fiber.
- 9. Press 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs firmly onto the meat pieces. Make sure they stick.
- 10. Place the meat pieces in the basket of the air fryer. Ensure they don't touch.
- 11. Cook the meat at 180 °C for 10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
- 12. Carefully flip the meat pieces with tongs. The other side is now facing up.
- 13. Cook the meat for another 5 minutes at 180 °C. The crust will become crispy and dark brown.
- 14. Remove the meat and let it rest on a plate for 5 minutes. This keeps it juicy.
- 15. Cut the tenderloin into thick slices. The center should be pink, and the crust should crack when you cut it.
