🥘 Hearty Oven Stew with Beans and Minced Meat

Ingredients
- 400 g Beef minced meat
- 250 g White beans (soaked)
- 150 g Onions (diced)
- 100 g Carrots (diced)
- 20 g Tomato paste
- 200 ml Beef broth
- 5 g Rosemary (fresh)
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the soaked beans in salted water for 30 minutes until soft. Drain them.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- 3. Fry the minced meat in a large pan until brown. Remove it from the pan.
- 4. Sauté onions and carrots in the same pot until soft.
- 5. Stir in the tomato paste and rosemary into the vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
- 6. Return the minced meat, beans, and broth to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bring everything to a boil.
- 7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes in the oven until the surface is slightly thickened and aromatic.
