  1. 1. Boil the soaked beans in salted water for 30 minutes until soft. Drain them.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  3. 3. Fry the minced meat in a large pan until brown. Remove it from the pan.
  4. 4. Sauté onions and carrots in the same pot until soft.
  5. 5. Stir in the tomato paste and rosemary into the vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Return the minced meat, beans, and broth to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bring everything to a boil.
  7. 7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes in the oven until the surface is slightly thickened and aromatic.
