Ingredients
- 1 Stück Napa cabbage
- 60 g Salt
- 2 Stück Carrots
- 4 Stück Spring onions
- 4 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (2 cm) Ginger
- 2 EL Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
- 1 EL Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Chop the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 30 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the carrots and spring onions.
- 3. Puree garlic and ginger, mix with gochugaru and sugar.
- 4. Mix the vegetables well with the spice mixture.
- 5. Fill into a clean jar and let ferment at room temperature for 2-3 days.
- 6. Store in the fridge and consume within 2 weeks.
