🍝 Homemade Ravioli with Ricotta and Spinach

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 150 g ricotta
- 100 g Spinach
- 50 g parmesan
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and eggs in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest and mix ricotta, spinach, parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- 3. Roll out the dough thinly and place small portions of filling on it.
- 4. Shape the ravioli and seal the edges well.
- 5. Cook in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes until they float to the top.
- 6. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
