🍖 Juicy Homemade Albóndigas

Ingredients
- 400 g Beef mince
- 2 Scheiben White bread (sliced)
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Stk Onion (grated)
- 1 Stk Egg yolk
- 1 EL Parsley (fresh, chopped)
- 400 g Passed tomatoes
- 1 TL Sweet paprika
- 1 TL Salt
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak the bread slices in the milk and then squeeze them out completely.
- 2. Mix the squeezed bread with the minced meat, grated onion, egg yolk, parsley, salt, and sweet paprika in a bowl.
- 3. Form the mixture into about 12 equal-sized balls using wet hands.
- 4. Fry the balls in a third of the olive oil in a large pan or pot until golden brown and then remove them.
- 5. Pour off excess fat and fry the remaining balls in the remaining oil until golden brown as well.
- 6. Add the passed tomatoes to the pot, stir, return the fried balls, and simmer the sauce over low heat for 15 minutes.
