Ingredients
- 500g Corn flour
- 200g Chicken breast
- 200g Pork
- 100g Olives
- 50g raisins
- nach Geschmack Spices
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into pieces and boil in a pot with spices.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix corn flour with water and spices.
- 3. Prepare the filling (meat, olives, raisins) and mix well.
- 4. Roll out dough sheets and top with filling.
- 5. Fold the hallacas and wrap in banana leaves.
- 6. Boil in water until thoroughly cooked.
