- 4 Corn tortillas
- 150 Beef
- 150 Pork
- 100 Chicken
- 50 Olives
- 50 raisins
Instructions
- 1. Cook and shred the meats.
- 2. Chop olives and raisins, mix with meat.
- 3. Place corn tortillas over filling and wrap.
- 4. Boil until hallacas are cooked.
- 5. Let cool and serve.
