Ingredients
- 300g Beef
- 100g Red Lentils
- 100g Barley
- 1 Onion
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 2 EL Haleem spice mix
- 3 EL Oil
- 2l Water
Instructions
- 1. Soak the roasted lentils and barley in water.
- 2. Cut beef into pieces and fry in oil.
- 3. Add onion and ginger, fry until golden brown.
- 4. Add soaked lentils and barley, stir.
- 5. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
- 7. Season with Haleem spice and serve.
