  1. 1. Soak wheat and lentils overnight.
  2. 2. Boil chicken or beef in a pot with water until tender.
  3. 3. Sauté onions and garlic, add spices and roast briefly.
  4. 4. Add cooked meat, soaked wheat and lentils, stir well.
  5. 5. Let it simmer for at least 2-3 hours until thickened.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
