🥗 Haleem - Savory Grain Dish

Ingredients
- 100g wheat
- 100g lentils
- 300g chicken or beef
- 2 onions
- 4 Zehen garlic
- 2 Esslöffel Haleem spices
- 1 Liter water
- zum Garnieren fresh coriander
Instructions
- 1. Soak wheat and lentils overnight.
- 2. Boil chicken or beef in a pot with water until tender.
- 3. Sauté onions and garlic, add spices and roast briefly.
- 4. Add cooked meat, soaked wheat and lentils, stir well.
- 5. Let it simmer for at least 2-3 hours until thickened.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
