🍖 Hainan Chicken Rice

Ingredients
- 500 g Whole Chicken
- 200 g Jasmine Rice
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 500 ml Chicken Broth
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Cucumber
Instructions
- 1. Place the chicken in a pot with broth, add ginger and garlic, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 2. Cook the rice in the same broth until done.
- 3. Remove the chicken, drain and slice.
- 4. Plate the rice and arrange the chicken on top.
- 5. Garnish with soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped spring onions.
- 6. Serve with cucumber slices.
