🍖 Meatloaf with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 300 g ground meat
- 1 onion
- 100 g carrots
- 150 g potatoes
- 1 eggs
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely dice the onion and carrots.
- 2. Mix ground meat with onion, carrots, potatoes, egg, and bread crumbs.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- 6. Let it rest for a moment before serving.
