Ingredients
- 300 g beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 onion
- 3 EL soy sauce
- 2 EL mirin
- 2 EL sake
- 1 EL sugar
- 2 Portionen cooked rice
- 2 spring onion
Instructions
- 1. Slice the onion thinly.
- 2. In a pot, bring soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar to a boil.
- 3. Add the beef and onion and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Serve the cooked rice in bowls.
- 5. Top the rice with the beef and onion.
- 6. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
