Ingredients
- 200g Beef (thinly sliced)
- 3EL Soy sauce
- 2EL mirin
- 1 (in Ringen) Onion
- 200g Rice
- 1 Prise Freshly cracked pepper
- 2 (gehackt) Green onions
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Sauté onion in a pan with a bit of oil until soft.
- 3. Add beef and sauté until cooked through.
- 4. Add soy sauce and mirin, mixing well.
- 5. Serve rice on plates, top with beef and garnish with green onions.
