🍖 Gyro Pita with Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 2 Pita bread
- 200g Pork
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 100g Cucumber
- 150g Yogurt
- 1 Garlic
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 Prise Spices (e.g., oregano, paprika)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pork into thin strips and marinate with olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Fry the marinated meat strips in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, chop the cucumber, tomato, and onion.
- 4. For the tzatziki, mix the yogurt with grated cucumber, pressed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Warm the pita breads briefly in the pan or toaster.
- 6. Fill the pita with the fried meat, freshly cut vegetables, and tzatziki.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!
