🍜 Gyoza with Soy Dip

Ingredients
- 200 g Gyoza dough
- 150 g Ground meat (pork or chicken)
- 100 g Cabbage (e.g. Napa cabbage)
- 2 Stk Spring onions
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 1 TL Ginger (grated)
- 1 Zehe Garlic (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the cabbage and spring onions and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Add ground meat, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic and mix well.
- 3. Roll out the gyoza dough and cut out small circles (about 8-10 cm in diameter).
- 4. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each dough circle, moisten edges with water, and fold over.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and fry the gyoza until golden brown. Splash with a little water, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- 6. For the dip, serve soy sauce in a small bowl.
