  1. 1. Finely chop the cabbage and spring onions and place them in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add ground meat, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic and mix well.
  3. 3. Roll out the gyoza dough and cut out small circles (about 8-10 cm in diameter).
  4. 4. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each dough circle, moisten edges with water, and fold over.
  5. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and fry the gyoza until golden brown. Splash with a little water, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. For the dip, serve soy sauce in a small bowl.
