Ingredients
- 20 Stück Gyoza Wrappers
- 150 g Ground Pork
- 1 TL, gerieben Fresh Ginger
- 2 Stück, gehackt Green Onions
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, ginger, green onions, and soy sauce.
- 2. Take a gyoza wrapper and fill it with the mixture.
- 3. Brush the edges with water and fold the gyoza.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the gyoza for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add water and cover the pan until the gyoza are cooked (about 5 minutes).
- 6. Serve with soy sauce.
