  2. 2. Cut the beef into cubes and add to the onion, sautéing until browned.
  3. 3. Cut the bell pepper and potato into small pieces and add to the meat.
  4. 4. Add the tomato paste and paprika powder and sauté briefly.
  5. 5. Deglaze with beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and let simmer for 25-30 minutes until the meat is tender.
  7. 7. Season with salt and serve hot.
