🍲 Goulash Soup

Ingredients
- 200g beef
- 1 mittelgroße onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 mittelgroße potato
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 500ml beef broth
- 2 TL paprika powder
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Dice the onion and sauté in a pot with a little oil until translucent.
- 2. Cut the beef into cubes and add to the onion, sautéing until browned.
- 3. Cut the bell pepper and potato into small pieces and add to the meat.
- 4. Add the tomato paste and paprika powder and sauté briefly.
- 5. Deglaze with beef broth and bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat and let simmer for 25-30 minutes until the meat is tender.
- 7. Season with salt and serve hot.
