🥗 Burrito Bowl with Guacamole

Ingredients
- 150 g Rice
- 1 Dose (400 g) Black Beans
- 1 Stück Bell Pepper
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Avocado
- 1 Stück Lime
- eine Handvoll Cilantro
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Chop the onion and bell pepper.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft (about 5-7 minutes).
- 4. Drain black beans and add to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
- 5. In a bowl, mash avocado, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt to make guacamole.
- 6. Arrange rice, bean-vegetable mixture, and guacamole in a bowl.
