🥗 Kale with Pinkel Sausage

Ingredients
- 300 g Kale
- 200 g Pinkel Sausages
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Bacon
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 500 ml Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and bacon in a large pot.
- 2. Add kale and let it wilt down.
- 3. Add broth and potatoes and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add Pinkel sausages and simmer everything for 1.5 hours.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper.
