Ingredients
- 2 Stück bell peppers
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 1 EL parsley
Instructions
- 1. Halve the peppers and remove seeds.
- 2. Brush with olive oil and crushed garlic.
- 3. Place on grill and cook for 20 minutes.
- 4. Serve topped with crumbled feta and chopped parsley.
