Ingredients
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 1 Stück Cucumber
- 1/2 Stück Red Onion
- 150 g Feta Cheese
- 100 g Kalamata Olives
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Oregano
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Dice the tomatoes.
- 2. Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and cut into half moons.
- 3. Slice the red onion thinly.
- 4. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano.
- 6. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- 7. Garnish with fresh oregano and serve.
