🍛 Green Thai Curry with Chicken

Ingredients
- 250g Chicken breast
- 2 EL Green curry paste
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 Handvoll Thai basil
Instructions
- 1. Slice the chicken into strips and sauté in a pan.
- 2. Add curry paste and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add sliced vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Garnish with Thai basil and serve.
