🥘 Green Herb Bean Tian with Lemon

Ingredients
- 400 g Limabeans (from can)
- 80 g fresh wild garlic leaves
- 30 g fresh chives
- 1 Stk. lemon
- 3 Stk. garlic cloves
- 40 ml olive oil
- 5 g smoked paprika powder
- 2 g chili flakes
- 5 g sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare a rectangular baking dish.
- 2. Drain the limabeans and rinse them under cold water. Dry them with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the wild garlic leaves and chives. Cut the chives into fine rings and chop the wild garlic leaves roughly.
- 4. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and finely grate the peel of the other half. Measure the amount with a spoon.
- 5. Press the garlic cloves through a garlic press or chop them very finely.
- 6. Mix the beans, herbs, lemon juice, lemon zest, oil, garlic, paprika powder, chili flakes, and salt in a large bowl. Mix everything well.
- 7. Put the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the surface.
- 8. Bake the Tian for 25 minutes in the preheated oven until the surface is lightly golden brown and crispy.
- 9. Take the Tian out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
