Ingredients
- 300 Pork
- 300 Hominy
- 250 Green Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 750 Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- 1. Brown the pork in a pot.
- 2. Add onion and garlic and sauté.
- 3. Add green tomatoes and hominy.
- 4. Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- 5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
