Ingredients
- 400g Salmon Fillet
- 50g Sugar
- 50g Salt
- 1 Bund dill
- 2 EL Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Carefully rub the salmon fillet with sugar and salt.
- 2. Roughly chop the dill and pour over the salmon with lemon juice.
- 3. Wrap the salmon in cling film and let marinate in the fridge for 24 hours.
- 4. After marinating, slice the salmon thinly.
- 5. Serve gravlax with bread and mustard sauce.
