🍞 Brioche Toast-Crêpes with Cinnamon

Ingredients
- 250 g Brioche (sliced)
- 2 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 g Cinnamon
- 10 g Powdered sugar
- 15 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- 2. Dip both sides of the brioche slices briefly into the egg mixture until saturated.
- 3. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 4. Place the brioche pieces in the pan and fry them for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 5. Stack the crêpes on a plate and dust them with powdered sugar.
- 6. Serve immediately with fruit of your choice.
